Senior Vice President And General Manager at U.S. Water Services Corporation

Ed Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the public sector. Ed began their career as a Management Intern at the City of West Palm Beach in 1986. Ed then worked as an Assistant City Manager at the City of Palm Beach Gardens from 1987 to 1993. After that, they joined the City of West Palm Beach as an Assistant City Administrator from 1993 to 1999, and later became the City Administrator from 1999 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager at U.S. Water Services Corporation, starting in 2013.

Ed Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Michael's College, where they attended from 1980 to 1984. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Clinton High School. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University, attending from 1984 to 1986.
