Céline LOUIS EUGÈNE DIT PICARD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management across various industries, including aerospace, nuclear, and semiconductor markets. Currently serving as VP Head of Quality & Performance at U-Space Nanosatellites, Céline is responsible for implementing quality processes aligned with EN9100 standards. Prior roles include QHSE Director at THERMOCOAX, where Céline led Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental departments and achieved several certifications, and Head of QSE departments at GARDNER AEROSPACE FRANCE, where Céline oversaw Quality and Operating Excellence. Céline's career began as a Supplier Quality Manager at Alpha MOS and included academic experience as an Attachée Temporaire d'Enseignement et de Recherche at Université de Rennes 1. Céline holds a PhD in Chimie des Matériaux and has specialized expertise in Quality & Environmental Management and Project Management.
