Caleb Boaz

Caleb Boaz has over 10 years of professional experience in the consumer insights industry. From 2011 to present, they have held various positions at U30 Group, most recently as President. In this role, they specialize in understanding the consumer experience and value within hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, sports, and service groups. Caleb provides strategic guidance in both qualitative and quantitative arenas, and develops game-changing insights. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Marketing Manager at CrossFit Ktown. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Assistant Researcher at the University of Tennessee, where they assisted a professor in refining and developing more accurate scaling items to determine communication patterns, organized citations, and executed research and experiments in creating new communication theories.
