Eugene Budiuk obtained their Junior Specialist degree in Computer Science from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management from the years 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in information management systems and technologies at the International Scientific and Technical University from 2009 to 2014.
