Lina Paskocimiene

Lina Paskocimiene is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Sales at UAB Hotrema since February 2024, Lina is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing product pricing, and achieving sales targets in the foreign market. Prior to this, Lina held the position of Head of Export Sales Department at Ergolain from December 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included creating export strategies, direct sales, and market analysis. As a Key Account Manager at SALDA UAB from September 2017 to October 2021, Lina focused on designing strategic sales plans and fostering customer loyalty. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Sales at Metaloidas from May 2014 to July 2017. Lina Paskocimiene holds a Master’s degree in European Union law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Management from Mykolas Romeris University, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Vilnius University.
