Mary Ratcliffe

Mary Ratcliffe has extensive experience in sales planning and customer service, having worked at UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. since October 2004. In the role of Sales Planning Specialist, Mary is responsible for analyzing sales data and providing forecasts and reports to support decision-making. Previous roles include Sales Account Specialist, where responsibilities included managing customer inquiries and pricing, and Executive & Sales Administrator, supporting the President and CEO while handling sales-related tasks. Earlier experience also includes working as a Customer Service Representative, managing purchase orders and customer issues. Additionally, Mary has served as an Independent Consultant for Pure Haven Essentials since August 2014, focusing on health and wellness by promoting non-toxic personal care and cleaning products. Mary holds an Associate's degree in Data Processing from West Shore Community College and a diploma from Ludington High School.
