Norah Marsh possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Delivery Partner and Customer Service Manager at Bob Go since August 2024, where responsibilities include managing delivery partner relationships and handling escalations. Prior to this, Norah worked at UAfrica.com from August 2017 to July 2024, initially as a Customer Support Manager and previously as Client and Sales Support. Earlier roles include a Customer Service Supervisor at RTT from September 2008 to July 2017, focusing on performance analysis and reporting, as well as various positions at Smollan from October 2005 to September 2008, and a role as a Receiving Clerk at Clicks Distribution Centre from June 2004 to January 2005. Norah holds a Diploma in Business Management from Damelin and has completed a Short Programme in Business Administration and Management.
