Luke Ganz

Luke Ganz is a dedicated educator and experienced professional in the field of performing arts, currently serving as a Lecturer in Drama at Cardiff and Vale College since October 2024. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior External Moderator for UAL Awarding Body and Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager at Coleg Gwent, Luke has consistently focused on enhancing teaching practices and ensuring quality assurance across various educational institutions. Previous positions include Deputy Head of Creative Industries at Cardiff and Vale College, Curriculum Manager for Creative Arts at Lewisham College and Southwark College, and Co-Artistic Director of the County Youth Dance Company. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Dance from Trinity Laban and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training from Cardiff University.
