Guadalupe Fernandez

Guadalupe Fernandez possesses extensive experience in team leadership and client improvement analysis, currently serving as a team leader in communication, QA processes, and training at Ualá since September 2020. Prior to this role, Guadalupe worked at Mera Solutions, first as a training analyst responsible for onboarding and advanced campaign training, and subsequently as a quality control analyst, where responsibilities included task organization, audit management, and reporting. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from UTN, a Licenciatura in Administration and Management from the University of Buenos Aires (2018-2023), and a certification in Community Management and Advertising from Coderhouse.
