María Catalina de Paul

María Catalina de Paul has extensive experience in strategic roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ualá since January 2021, María Catalina also leads strategy for credit and SMEs and has held positions as Credit Strategy Manager and International Expansion Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes an associate role at McKinsey & Company from November 2019 to December 2020 and serving as Justice and Security Planning Director at the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires. Earlier career highlights include positions at McKinsey & Company, Berensztein®, CIPPEC, and ArgentineEmbaUK. María Catalina holds a Master of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in History from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
