Christy joined United Administrative Services in 2015, bringing a rich background in benefits administration and comprehensive insurance plans. Committed to helping clients understand the complexities of benefit plans including HRA/FSA, COBRA, Medicare, and the Affordable Care Act, she combines her consulting experience with a “customer-first” personal touch. As a fully licensed insurance agent in California, Christy also heads up the Stephen Chelbay Company corporate and personal insurance division.
