Constance Dansby

Constance Dansby has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Constance started their career as a Financial Analyst at General Motors in 1986 and worked there until 1997. In 1996, they took on the role of a Parent at Troy Schools, where they remained until 2014. In 1997, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Project Manager, and they continue to hold this position. At Blue Cross Blue Shield, they lead projects and ensures that project teams are effectively utilizing resources. Since 2016, they have also been working as a Project Manager at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust. In this role, they manage project planning and deliverables, collaborating with clients to transition from manual procedures to systematic ones.
