Maurice Foster

Maurice Foster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility management, safety, and security. Currently serving as the Safety, Security and Facility Manager at UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust since March 2023, Maurice previously held the role of Facility and Maintenance Manager at JING-JIN ELECTRIC NORTH AMERICA LLC, where responsibilities included establishing a maintenance program and expanding the team. During a nine-year tenure at Faurecia, Maurice managed plant facility operations, led a successful HR initiative to hire over 1400 people in seven months, and implemented systems to enhance efficiency while reducing costs significantly. Early career experience includes serving as a State of Alabama Police Officer, with a promotion to the Governor's security detail. Maurice holds a Master's degree in Justice and Public Safety from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University.
