Melissa Bodford

Melissa Bodford has a long and varied career history. Melissa began their professional career in 1997 as a Research Lead in the Department of Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Melissa then moved on to PwC as a Management Consultant in 1999, followed by IBM as a Global Business Services Management Consultant in 2001. In 2004, they joined Accenture as a Management Consulting Managing Director. Most recently, in 2015, Bodford co-founded and became a Board Director at uBack, Inc., a consulting, technology, and outsourcing services company that is revolutionizing philanthropic engagement.

Melissa Bodford holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
