Kirsten Chan

Kirsten Chan is an accomplished technology strategy leader with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Head of Technology Strategy and Head of Enterprise Delivery at ubank since July 2022, Kirsten previously held pivotal roles at Commonwealth Bank from January 2018 to June 2022, including Executive Manager/Crew Lead for Group Contact Centre Technology and Portfolio Executive Manager for Digital Data. Earlier career milestones include head positions in program management at TymeBank, strategy consulting at Nedbank, and pre-sales consulting at DVT. Kirsten holds an M.B.A. (Cum Laude) from GIBS Business School and a B.Sc. Honours in Computer Science, along with a Bachelor of Economic Science in Computer Science and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
