Kirsty Lovell

Kirsty Lovell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Home Ownership Process & Performance at UBank since October 2020. Prior to this role, Kirsty worked as a Banking Consultant at Bank of Queensland, focusing on home buying transformation and retail leads strategy. Kirsty's experience at Commonwealth Bank spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Executive Manager Business Development and Innovation in Home Buying, as well as leadership positions in change management and digital strategy. Additionally, Kirsty co-founded hello monday active, an activewear startup for new mothers, leading brand development and marketing efforts. Educational qualifications include an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a dual degree in Arts and Communications from the University of Wollongong.
