Stephen Chippendale

Stephen Chippendale is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at ubank since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held various senior positions at NAB from 2015 to October 2023, including Executive/General Manager of Markets & Treasury Finance, Head of Treasury Finance, and Head of Fixed Income Product Control. Stephen's career also includes significant experience at Commonwealth Bank as Senior Manager of Product Control and at Goldman Sachs as Product Controller. Starting in the finance industry as a Senior Accountant at KPMG, Stephen has built a strong foundation in financial management and control. Educational achievements include a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with double majors in Accounting and Taxation from UNSW. Formal education began at Normanhurst Boys Selective High School, which culminated in graduation in 1999.
