Erica Chaplin

Erica Chaplin has worked at UBC CPD since January 2021, first as a Program Coordinator and then as a Senior Program Assistant. Prior to this, they were a Customer Care Coordinator at Alliance Wellness Clinic from December 2018 to October 2022. They also held the role of Student Success Manager at GrantMe from November 2018 to January 2021. Their earlier experience includes working as a Guest Service Agent and later as a Banquet and Room Service Supervisor at Opus Hotel Vancouver from May 2015 to March 2019. Erica Chaplin graduated from The University of British Columbia in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).
