Carol Cheuk

Carol Cheuk currently serves as a Development Officer and previously held the role of Development Coordinator at The University of British Columbia's Faculty of Forestry since December 2022. Prior to this, Carol co-founded and directed Sveet Eats Ltd. from February 2021 to February 2023. Carol's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Account Manager at Digi3 Studio Limited, where key clients included Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Cloudy Bay, and Hennessy by LVMH Group. Carol also worked as an Account Manager at E's Concept Communication Ltd., managing accounts for notable clients such as Pacific Place and Towngas. Carol's career began with roles at Environment and Climate Change Canada, the City of Maple Ridge, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Fisheries, focusing on GIS and land use. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from Simon Fraser University.
