Andrew Johnson, MPS-HRM, currently serves as a Learning Specialist - Trainer at UBC since April 2021, where responsibilities include designing a comprehensive Leadership Development Program and facilitating various HR functions. Previous experience includes roles as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at IQVIA, where Andrew delivered remote onboarding sessions and revamped training programs during the pandemic, and as a Trainer and Instructional Designer at CarMax, contributing to the launch of new call centers and rapid staff training. Andrew also held positions at Torrent Technologies, SquareTwo Financial, and Good Sam, focusing on onboarding, training program development, and organizational culture transformation. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ft.
