Eduardo Garcia

Eduardo Garcia, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned IT project manager with extensive experience in managing and leading technology initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager at UBC since April 2023, Eduardo previously held roles at Elevance Health as an Information Technology Project/Program Manager and at Simon Property Group as an IT Senior E-Commerce Business Analyst, Functional Lead, and Scrum Master. Eduardo's expertise includes gathering functional and non-functional requirements for online marketplaces and acting as a primary liaison between IT and business units to enhance E-Commerce and Order Management projects. Additional experience includes project management roles at Tractor Supply Company, Kirklands, and RR Donnelley, where Eduardo managed professional services and client operations. Eduardo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University between 1998 and 2000.
