Eileen Moran

Eileen (Ruff) Moran currently serves as the Executive Director of Evidence Development Operations at UBC, responsible for the functional delivery of a global team specializing in Site Management & Monitoring, Data Management, Regulatory Document Processing, and Site Contracting. Previously, Eileen held the position of Senior Director for Global Clinical Operations at RemeGen Biosciences and spent over 24 years at Labcorp Drug Development, culminating in the role of Executive Director and Global Head of Delivery for Phase IV Solutions, where oversight was provided for a portfolio valued at over $200 million and a team of more than 70 professionals. Additional roles at Labcorp included Interim Head of ePRO Services and various project management positions. Eileen began a career as an Information Scientist at the Institute for Scientific Information and holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a BA in Biology from La Salle University.
