Gilles Guittard

VP EMEA at Ubee Interactive

Gilles Guittard has worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry since 1994. Gilles began their career with Alcatel as Country Manager and Project Manager in Laos. Gilles then moved to Nortel Networks in 1996, where they held various managing roles within marketing, pre-sales and sales for five years. Key achievements included winning a UMTS contract in Portugal and managing the first 3G implementations. In 2001, they joined CellPoint as Sales Director. In 2003, they moved to BT Retail as Sales Manager, where they re-engineered the BT Business Account Management process and reviewed and monitored the new Indirect Channel sales program. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at SFR as Strategy Manager and Finance, where they supported the Purchasing Department in Purchasing Process and implemented new processes for Business Planning. Finally, from 2010 to present, they have been at Ubee Interactive, where they have held the roles of VP EMEA, VP Sales - EMEA and VP Telco EMEA. Theirresponsibilities in these roles included building and managing teams to support existing customers and expand customer base, creating partners network and growing market share.

Gilles Guittard completed an MBA in International Business/Trade/Commerce from HEC Paris between 2002 and 2004. Gilles also obtained an MSc in Telecom, Marketing from Télécom SudParis between 1992 and 1994.
