Tellen Qiu, 邱宇光 M.S. has had a long and varied career in the telecommunications industry. Tellen began their career in 2008 as a Senior Engineer, Field Application Engineer, and Global Engineering Support at Ubee Interactive. In 2014, they moved to Hitron Technologies Inc. as a Network Engineer, where they worked with Charter, Mediacom, Rogers, Shaw Communications and Cablemás on product certification and field reported issues. In 2016, they joined Technicolor as a Senior System Engineer and Technical Support Engineer, working with Comcast and Charter teams to resolve field operation technical issues. In 2017, they served as a Visiting Engineer at CableLabs. Finally, in 2018, they returned to Ubee Interactive as a Principal Engineer, where they are the account owner of Ubee's biggest customer, Charter Communications, and is responsible for all product technical issues and support.

Tellen Qiu, 邱宇光 M.S. has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Denver, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer Science from Northeastern University (CN), obtained between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they hold two certifications from Cisco: a Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA), obtained in August 2008, and a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), obtained in July 2008.
