Currently, Filip serves as the Sales Manager at UBench International since May 2020. Prior to this role, Filip held positions including Commercial Manager at Campine nv and Manager of the Key Account department for the BENELUX region at BASF. Filip’s extensive experience at BASF also includes roles as Business Development Manager and Sales Manager for Glasurit. Earlier career stages involved positions at COMPO Benelux nv, focusing on marketing and supply chain management, and at Compo GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed market management and implementing new strategies at a regional level. Filip received a Master's degree in Business Engineering & Actuarial Sciences from KU Leuven, complemented by a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Economics.
