Etienne Visser

Etienne Visser has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Etienne is currently serving as the Vice President of European Operations at Uber Freight. Prior to that, they worked at Transplace as the Managing Director for Europe from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Transplace, Visser worked as a Partner at Cirm Supply Chain from 2011 to 2020. Etienne held various leadership roles at Penske Logistics, including Vice President of Global Transportation Management, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of IT & Implementations, Director of Implementations, and Operations Manager, from 1997 to 2011.

Earlier in their career, Visser served as a Project Manager and Contract Manager at TNT Logistics Europe from 1992 to 1997. Etienne began their professional journey as an Information Analyst at Cap Gemini Sogeti in 1991. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Malenstein Air from 1987 to 1991.

Etienne Visser obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Haven- en Vervoerkunde from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 1988.
