Gennadiy Pollack has extensive work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Gennadiy began their career in 1998 at GST, where they worked in intermodal operations until 2002. From 2002 to 2007, Gennadiy worked at Cornerstone Systems in logistics operations. Gennadiy then joined Yusen Logistics (Americas) in 2006 and held a role in intermodal operations until 2018, where they handled high volume accounts and focused on providing excellent customer service. In 2018, Gennadiy started working at Transplace as an Intermodal Operations Team Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Uber Freight as a Customer Support Team Lead.

From 1994 to 1998, Gennadiy Pollack attended The University of Memphis and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Logistics/Marketing.
