Josh Hilton

Josh Hilton has over 17 years of work experience in various roles within the transportation and logistics industry. Josh is currently employed as the Director of Operations at Uber Freight starting in March 2022. Previously, they worked at Transplace from 2014 to 2022, holding positions such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Logistics Specialist, and Transportation Coordinator. Before that, they worked at the University of Arkansas from 2005 to 2014 as a Supervisor and Dispatcher, where they managed multi-line telephone systems, FCC regulated two-way radio communications, demand-response vehicle tracking systems, and maintained status logs. Overall, Josh has developed a strong background and expertise in operations and logistics management.

Josh Hilton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas from 2003 to 2008. Josh also attended Broken Arrow High School in 2003.
