Aparna Sreeraman

Aparna Sreeraman is an experienced technical recruiter currently serving as Principal Technical Recruiter at Uber since May 2024, previously holding the same title at Coupang for a brief period. Prior to these roles, Aparna worked at Uber from 2018 to 2023 as Technical Recruiting Manager, leading hiring for various technical roles, and as Principal Recruiter focusing on Product and Program Management. Aparna's tenure at Modis Inc (Adecco Company) from 2004 to 2018 included positions as Sr Resource Development Manager and Recruiting Director, achieving consistent success in meeting recruitment goals.
