Avram Gantchev

Avram Gantchev is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as a Senior Regional Operations Manager (Consumer) for Uber Eats since June 2020, overseeing capital allocation projects across 14 EMEA markets. Previously, Avram held the role of Senior Regional Operations Manager (Marketplace), implementing Real-Time Pricing initiatives and managing analytics for Uber’s Delivery operations. As a Regional Operations Manager, Avram focused on logistics and user experience improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Consultant at Forward Inc., assisting entrepreneurs, and a Summer Analyst position at the Bulgarian National Bank, alongside an internship with the European Commission. Avram holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with additional studies in the Chinese economy at Fudan University.
