Caitlin Cadet

Caitlin Cadet (Ryan) has a diverse background in public policy, international relations, and human rights. Caitlin served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Accelerator Director at Rise from January 2022 to May 2024. Experience includes roles as Deputy Operations Director for the Wisconsin Coordinated Campaign with the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, Associate Director in the Mayor's Office of Policy for the DC Government, and National Organizer for the Women's March. Caitlin held positions at esteemed organizations such as Amnesty International and the World Economic Forum, and completed various consulting roles including with Deloitte. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Currently, Caitlin works as the Public Policy Program Manager for Insurance at Uber.
