Dyan Ludeña Ferraris

Dyan Ludeña Ferraris is a seasoned professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D&I), currently serving as the Head of Global People Science & Strategy at Uber since January 2019, where key responsibilities include advising executive leadership and HR teams on D&I strategies. Prior to this role, Dyan founded Ferraris & Baron, LLC in June 2013, collaborating with industry leaders to address people-related challenges through data-driven approaches. Experience also includes serving as a D&I Strategy Consultant at Paradigm Strategy Inc., where consultation extended to tech startups and Fortune 500 companies, and as Manager of Research and Development at J3Personica, focusing on human behavior in healthcare. Earlier positions included organization development consulting for non-profits at Ritchie Tye Consulting. Dyan holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology with an emphasis on D&I in the workplace and an M.A. in Social Organizational Psychology, both from Columbia University.
