Dyan Ludeña Ferraris is a seasoned professional in the field of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (D&I), currently serving as the Head of Global People Science & Strategy at Uber since January 2019, where key responsibilities include advising executive leadership and HR teams on D&I strategies. Prior to this role, Dyan founded Ferraris & Baron, LLC in June 2013, collaborating with industry leaders to address people-related challenges through data-driven approaches.
