Earlier in their career, Erica worked as a Senior Consultant at International Consulting Network and as a Management Consultant at KPMG Singapore, delivering strategy and business process improvement projects. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University.
