Fernando Valdes

Fernando Valdes is an experienced professional in compensation and human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Uber Eats Global Sales Compensation since December 2021, following roles as a Sr. Manager and Manager in the same area. Previously, Valdes worked at Citi from August 2015 to December 2021 in various senior positions, including Senior Vice President for HR Transformation and Variable Incentive Compensation Global Plan Design, where strategic initiatives improved organizational processes and incentive structures.
