Gaurang Suri is a Global WFM Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in workforce management and process excellence. Gaurang held various roles at Wipro BPO from 2009 to 2011, including Real Time Analyst and Senior Executive in WFM Planning, before working as an Officer in Workforce Management Planning & Scheduling at Barclays Shared Services from 2013 to 2016. Gaurang then served as Workforce Planning Manager at Sitel from 2016 to 2019, and briefly at Uber in 2022 as a Workforce Management Senior Global Program Manager.
