Gopal Mor

Gopal Mor is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex systems. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer and Tech Lead Manager for Cassandra at Uber since March 2019, Gopal has played a crucial role in site reliability engineering at the company. Prior to this, Gopal held several engineering leadership positions at Yahoo! from October 2007 to August 2024, including Sr. Principal Engineer. Gopal's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where a Project Lead role was held from August 2002 to October 2007. Gopal earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dharmsinh Desai University between 1992 and 1996.
