Jon Rydburg

Jon Rydburg is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Uber since July 2017. Jon has a progression of roles at Uber, including Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams, enhancing logistics efficiency, and standardizing workflows. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Jubilee Initiative for Financial Inclusion, managing accounting and financial empowerment divisions, and guiding loan distributions. Jon also gained diverse experience through internships at companies such as Vennli and NextEnergy Center, as well as holding positions at the University of Notre Dame and Crouch Engineering. Jon holds a BA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
