Lijia Zhang is an accomplished applied scientist with a robust background in research and scientific analysis. Lijia served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Duke-UNC Brain Imaging and Analysis Center from December 2015 to January 2021, contributing to advanced brain imaging studies. Prior to this role, Lijia was an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of California, San Diego from June 2014 to October 2014. Following graduate studies, Lijia held various positions at Uber from July 2021 to February 2023, advancing from Applied Scientist II to Staff Scientist and ultimately to Senior Applied Scientist. Lijia earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Duke University between 2015 and 2021 and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Tsinghua University from 2011 to 2015.
