Mads Ydemark is the Head of Courier Operations for UK&I at Uber. Previously, Mads worked as a Manager at Deloitte, where they collaborated with large public sector organizations to develop operating models and enhance value for public money from 2022 to 2025. Mads also held positions at Nestlé as a Sales/Logistics Assistant, The Advisory Board Company as an Associate, and Serco as a Consultant, leading projects to improve operational processes. Mads gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Barclays and has been part of Deloitte’s team in various roles since 2020. Mads earned a B.A. in Government from Colby College and attended the University of Oxford as a Visiting Student.
