Mariano Fiscella

Mariano Fiscella serves as the Head of Customer Operations for Uber in the US and Canada since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mariano held various leadership positions at Walmart de México y Centroamérica from January 2015 to November 2023, including CEO of Walmart Supercenter and Walmart Express, COO of Sam's Club, and Vice President of Central Store Operations. In these roles, Mariano led significant operational transformations and oversaw extensive logistics and eCommerce processes across thousands of stores. Earlier experience includes senior managerial roles at PepsiCo and Unilever, focusing on logistics, customer service, and strategic planning in the Southern Cone region. Mariano's educational background includes an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and an executive program at Harvard Business School.
