Pengqian Chen

Pengqian (Claire) Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Chen's career began with an internship at The Boston Consulting Group in 2011, followed by co-founding TEDxBLCU while at TED Conferences. Chen held multiple roles at Uber from 2018 to the present, progressing from Operations & Logistics Manager in China and Singapore to Senior Regional Operations Manager for Uber Eats in the US and Canada, and currently serves as Product Operations Manager focusing on Driver Growth. Prior experience includes a role as an Audit Associate at Deloitte. Chen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Beijing Language and Culture University, along with leadership and strategy training from Harvard Business School Executive Education and a background in Entrepreneurship from Draper University.
