Rajesh Segu

Rajesh Segu is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in web architecture and product development, currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Uber since March 2015. At Uber, Rajesh drives the Web Architecture Group, focusing on technical direction, standardization, and the modernization of the tech stack, while also leading cross-functional teams to develop Customer Engagement products. Prior roles include Staff Engineer at MobileIron, where Rajesh established web infrastructure and standards, and at VMware, managing a team of front-end engineers and contributing to enterprise product development. Rajesh's career began at Zoho, where involvement as a founding team member contributed to the development of its online suite of products. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara University.
