Ronak Shah

Ronak Shah is currently the Head of Guest Products at Uber for Business, where they lead a team of eight Product Managers overseeing various initiatives, including Uber Health and Transit. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager at LinkedIn, where they managed operations for the Recruiter & Talent Brand portfolio, driving significant revenue growth and product optimization. Ronak began their career as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan and later worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in healthcare and technology on market entry and sales strategies. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude.
