Sagar Rusia

Sagar Rusia is currently managing core order flow in the UberEats Delivery organization. They previously worked within multiple teams in the Customer Obsession organization from July 2019 to June 2023 and served as an instructor for Incident Response and Technical Communication classes, teaching over 500 new joiners across North America and Latin America. Sagar also contributed as a member of Ring0, an internal organization focused on responding to and mitigating severe outages at Uber. Prior to their time at Uber, Sagar was a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they worked on the Plant Health Monitoring project. Sagar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering with Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
