Shane Hood

Shane Hood has extensive experience in finance and credit management, currently serving as the Credit & Collections Global Process Owner Lead at Uber since October 2023. Previously held positions include Credit Department Manager at TDIndustries, Inc., overseeing department operations and staff management, and Manager of OTC Credit at XPO Logistics, Inc., focusing on team development and organizational goals. Earlier roles include Chief Financial Officer at Total Highway Maintenance, LLC, where Shane provided strategic direction for multiple financial functions, and Controller at BPG Capital, LLC, responsible for financial management and compliance. Additional experience includes a managerial role at Capital One Auto Finance in loss mitigation and various positions in credit and collections from 1996 to 2009.
