Shivam Gargshya is a Senior Software Engineer II at Directi since January 2021, with prior experience as a Product Engineer at Gojek and Software Engineering Lead at AnsweriQ, where Shivam led the development of a scalable robotic process automation service for customer ticket resolution. Shivam's career also includes roles as a Software Developer at Microsoft, focusing on the Dynamics 365 team, and earlier as an intern at Microsoft, where complex user controls for network monitoring were developed. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Malviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, completing the degree in 2016.
