Sucharita Thakur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership within the Global Business Services (GBS) sector. Currently serving as GBS Operations Lead at Uber since September 2021, Sucharita drives operational excellence across multiple domains, including order to cash and treasury. Prior to Uber, Sucharita held various leadership roles at Genpact from June 2006 to August 2021, culminating in the position of Global Operations Leader, overseeing a large, diverse team in finance and accounting operations across different regions.
