Matt Brown is the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Exela Technologies, a global leader in Business Process Automation, and has served in various roles, including Global Head of Business Strategy and President of ETI-MNA. Before joining Exela in 2017, Matt was with HandsOn Global Management, where they led all stages of the mergers and acquisitions lifecycle and participated in recapitalizations of over $4 billion. Matt graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. They also serve as a Board Member for UBERDOC, Inc.
