Deepika Rayala

Deepika Rayala is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and IT leadership. Currently serving as a Board Observer at Ubeya and a member of the CIO Advisory Council for Pipefy and Zylo, Deepika also holds the role of Chief Digital and Information Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, where responsibility includes leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Deepika was the Executive Vice President, CIO, and head of the International Operations Center at Yext, overseeing a comprehensive IT transformation program. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Conga, Broadcom Limited, Levi Strauss & Co., Genentech/Roche, and NVIDIA. Deepika holds dual MBA degrees from Melbourne Business School and the Asian Institute of Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
