Head of Growth (US) at Ubie

Alexander Kerman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alexander started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Hamilton College in 2014. Alexander then worked as a Project Manager at Connecticut Galvanizing for a few months before moving on to become a Sales Associate at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. In 2016, Alexander joined the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a Data Coordinator.

In 2018, Alexander served as an MSTAR Research Scholar at the Center for Healthcare Innovation & Delivery Science at New York University. Alexander then transitioned to the corporate sector and worked as a Senior Associate at the Boston Consulting Group from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Alexander joined nference as a Senior Partnership Lead, where they stayed until 2022. Alexander then joined Syntegra as the Director of Growth before being promoted to the position of Head of Growth. In 2023, Alexander became the Head of Growth (US) at Ubie, Inc. and also took on an advisory role (Growth & Strategy) at Syntegra.

Alexander then attended Williams College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a BA degree in Geology and English. Following that, they attended Hamilton College from 2012 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geology/Earth Science and English. In 2015, they enrolled in Bryn Mawr College's Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Program, completing it in 2016 to further their studies in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Most recently, Alexander attended The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine from 2017 to 2019, focusing on Medicine.
